Indexing Department
The Indexing department deals with the indexing and verification of new students from various accredited training institutions across the country. They ensure students admitted into the school meet up with the minimum requirement set by the Board for entry into the programme under which the Board regulates.
The department also works in collaboration with education department to ensure students presented for examination have been indexed.
Requirement for Indexing
- Schools must have registered with the Board online via the Board portal
- Students most possess a minimum of 5 credit in O’Level Result (Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology)
- Two (2) recent Passport-size photographs
- Dully filled Indexing form filled online by the school and submit hardcopies
- Credit in Mathematics, English and any other 3 science subjects (where applicable)
