INDEXING

Indexing department is one of the core departments of the Board.

INDEXING AND VERIFICATION

Indexing of students is usually done in their first year of study. Training Institutions are expected to send

the school list and the WAEC/NECO results of their year one (1) students to this department for indexing.

The Board will then verify the students results from their appropriate Examination bodies.

Students who do not meet up with the Boards entry requirements for Indexing will not be allowed to

sit for the Board Examination but rather advised to immediately re-register for WAEC/NECO and

obtain credit passes in their deficient subjects.

Indexing requirements for Dental Therapy, Dental Nursing and Dental Surgery Technician Students is five credit

passes in ENGLISH LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS, BIOLOGY, PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY.

Thereafter, each student will be given an indexing code Number.
